The Shoreline and the Waves

I think this is one of the best photos I took in Rapa Nui.  And I understand this looks very similar to some of the coastline in Eastern Canada, but I haven't been there to verify.  Easter Island does not have and reefs, so the waves crash full tilt into the volcanic rock, with no buffer zone.
