Statue of the Virgin Mary, Parque Metropolitano

The 36m statue of the Virgin Mary is atop Cerro San Cristóbal and overlooks the city.  The view is spectacular and you can get a good view of much of the mountains and city.  I had arrived on Sunday and an open air mass was about to begin in an amphitheatre below the statue.
