El Catedral Metropolitana

This is a picture of the right side of the Catedral Metropolitana, also in the Plaza de Armas in downtown Santiago.  One of the older churches in Santiago, it has beautiful statues on the roof .  If I remember correctly, Santiago was the recipient some major earthquakes, and I think Rodrigo told me that this Cathedral had been damaged and restored sometime in the past.
