Talzina Glacier

This is is the Talzina Glacier, and the lake below is fed from the glacier.  To give you an idea of scale, the glacier is probably a mile or more across, and the lake was huge.

I took this picture north of the highway on the road to Lake Louise, Alaska.  I had to go see how Lake Louise, Alaska compared to Lake Louise, Alberta.  I still think Lake Louise, Alberta is more beautiful, but I am a bit biased. I didn't get a good picture of Lake Louise in Alaska as storm clouds took away the light.

This picture is also rather mystical, with the clouds above the glacier, and the light coming from behind.
